Privacy

What this site and this service collect, and what happens to it.

This website

This site is static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address under Google's privacy policy. GitHub may keep standard server logs under GitHub's privacy policy.

When you email or book

If you email shabbal1@charlotte.edu, the message is stored in Google Workspace mail. If you book a call, cal.com stores your name, email and the time you chose under its own privacy policy, and sends the confirmation to both of us.

When you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing information directly; this site never sees them. What is retained here is Stripe's record of the payment: your name, email, the amount, the date, and any answer you give to the "which workflow is broken?" question on the checkout page.

During an engagement

The materials you send for a diagnosis (code, exports, logs, screenshots) are used only for that engagement, stored on an encrypted machine, never shared with anyone else, and deleted on request after delivery. Nothing about your systems is published without your written permission.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing shabbal1@charlotte.edu. Payment records that Stripe or tax law require to be kept are kept for that period only.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), GitHub Pages (hosting), Google (email and fonts), cal.com (bookings). None of them receive your engagement materials.
